Direct Responsibility for Acquisition Integration Program execution. The program requires accountability for a series of projects executed over a period of time.


Manage all aspects of the Program
Development of Program Strategy
Provide coaching and oversight to Project Management resulting in developed leadership skills
Provide Strong Leadership and Judgement
Effectively Maintain and Build relationships across Business groups
Lead in a matrix organization
Create a team oriented work climate that enables professional development and encourages creative solutions and strategies, establishes collaboration and emphasizes quality and cost effectiveness
Facilitate Development of Program level planning either for multiple iterations of a technology release or multi project Business Program
Obtain Senior Management Engagement in the Program Planning Process
Ensure inter segment Senior Management endorsement and support for Program
Define and implement tools and methods to be used for Scope Management for all initiatives within a program
Facilitate resolution of Program level scope change on initiatives within program
Support Initiative scope control process
Facilitate Development of Program Roadmap and Timelines
Obtain Senior Management Approval on Program Roadmap and Timelines
Manage Program Roadmaps and Timelines
Resolve Variance from Program execution plans
Appropriately prioritize initiatives within program based on cost and benefit
Interface to segment level finance processes
Require project realization planning and execution for all initiatives
Require quality assurance plans and methods are implemented for all initiatives
Develop Program Metrics
Monitor and report program metric results to senior Management
Define and implement program management structure
Resolve Program resource issues requiring Senior Management involvement
Manage Program Management Office Team
Provide performance feedback for Program Management Team
Develop Program Risk Management Plan
Facilitate Risk Management decisions required from Senior Management
Monitor and communicate risk management status and contingency implementation to SR Management
Develop and Manage Program Change Management Plan


Five or More years experience in Project Management.
Acquisition integration experience preferred
Change management program experience preferred
Experience in successfully managing 2 major projects -- one must have integrated multiple business areas or systems
Five or more years in Product, Technical and/or Business Management
Project Management coaching experience
Expert knowledge of enterprise structure
Understanding enterprise and Business Segment objectives
Ability to build trust relationships with Customers
Ability to effectively communicate with Senior Management on strategic Issues
Experience with executive communications - ability to effectively share vision
Coaching and management skills
