Description

The Project Management Director plans, directs, and coordinates activities of the Automated Services Division (ASD) projects to ensure that goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors:

 Working in collaboration with business units, develops project plans, identifies goals, strategy, staffing, and scheduling;Identifies and communicates risks, contingency plans and allocation of available resources;Manages a staff of 6-8 Business Analysts;Manages various types of infrastructure projects;Manages vendor and customer relationships;Prepares status reports and keeps management, clients and others informed of project status and issues

 

 

Requirements

Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university is strongly preferred.  Must have prior project managment experience. Insurance industry experience is desired, as is a strong general understanding of technology, its implementation, management, and application to solving business challenges.
