Project Manager – Ag. Irrigation System Installation

Position Title:  Project Manager ? Ag. Irrigation System Installation

 

Position Requirements include extensive experience in project management and a familiarity with agriculture.  The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with the staff and our customers, guaranteeing the successful start, installation and conclusion of each project.

 

The Project Manager will be responsible for the following:Coordinate and confirm receipt of the customer?s contract and deposit,Communicate with the Sales Coordinator regarding pre-lien information,Communicate with the Sales Person to fully understand each project layout,Constant communication with the customer as to the project?s status and important dates such as delivery and installation dates,Coordinate with all Sales people and the Operations Managers regarding project scheduling,Contact USA for underground wire clearance for each job site,Work closely with the Purchaser and warehouse personnel to organize the job materials and insure all necessary parts are available,Coordinate the delivery of materials to each job site,Manage the customer service calls from the customers regarding their projectManage and coordinate all Change Orders with the Operations Managers and the customer,Coordinate the successful completion of all phases of each job, andInsure the timely preparation of each job?s invoice.

 

Compensation will consist of base pay and a bonus commensurate with the candidate?s experience.  Benefits to include health insurance, company vehicle and vacation.  Bilingual Helpful.

 

Lodi Irrigation is located in Lodi, California just 5 miles north of Stockton.  We are family owned, in our 24th year of operation focusing primarily on vineyard and orchard irrigation system design and installation.  We cover Napa, Sonoma and North Coast areas and a majority of the irrigation business within a 65 mile radius of Lodi.

 

Our organization consists of sales staff, a design department, purchasing, administrative support, and installers.  We are a ?turn-key? operation that begins with the initial meeting with the growers to the timely completion of the customer?s job.
