Project Manager

Midstate Mechanical, Inc: an award winning and growing Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to assist in leading a talented team and managing projects for some of the best and highly reputable Contractors within Phoenix, Arizona. 

 

The ideal candidate will share Midstate's vision of growth and opportunity with our clients and work closely with our highly skilled, experienced and dependable operations team. This individual will accomplish project objectives by planning, coordinating, directing designated project activities and performing critical hands-on detail administration to continually surpass our client's project objectives and meet prescribed time frames.

 

The individual must have 2+ years of mechanical project management or project engineering (asst. PM) experience on commercial/industrial HVAC construction projects.  A bachelor's degree in business, construction, engineering or technical field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered. A well rounded HVAC background is ideal, and process piping and plumbing experience is a plus. Well developed computer skills are assumed. Mechanical Contracting experience is a must.
