Job Description

The Installation Project Manager is primarily responsible for achieving Revenue Target within an assigned area or group of projects and ensuring customer site readiness for installation of diagnostic imaging systems.
The Installation Project Manager is the liaison between the customer and the Philips "back room" organization for each assigned project/order, including:
? Gather information from the customer that is needed by Philips teams.
? Coordinate with Philips teams to insure required resources are in place to complete the project.
? Gather and communicate to the customer information (including site drawings, technical specs, etc.) to answer customer requirements and/or questions.
? Keep the customer informed of progress/status of the project within the Philips organization.
? Monitor progress of the project to key timelines and work with the customer to keep projects on track.
? Forecast revenue timing for their projects.
? Spend 33% of time assisting Sales with Order Acquisition.
? Responsible for minimizing overall project cycle time and inventory and maximizing customer satisfaction and revenue.

Requirements

? Bachelor's Degree and must be willing to become PMI certified.
? Experience with installation and/or running installations of Diagnostic Imaging equipment required.
? Minimum of 3-5 years in project management (organization, scheduling, etc).
? Demonstrated customer service and conflict resolution skills.
? Must be able to understand site and equipment technical requirements (HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental), to include reading of site specific drawings and specifications.
? Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and be able to travel 30-40%.
