BS Degree Engineering or Sciences

Minimum 5 years experience of demonstrated experience associated with the permitting and testing of hazardous waste combustion units

Requires knowledge of the HWC MACT rule and relevant project experience including, test plan, preparation, trial burn planning and report preparation

Ability to successfully communicate and build relationships with clients

Job Description :
In this position you will one of the key personnel of the Source Testing and Consulting Group in the Austin, Texas office managing projects and marketing new clients. The URS Austin office has a team of engineers and scientists providing a full array of services to our Gulf Coast, US Government and other clients throughout the US for compliance with the RCRA regulations and the HWC MACT. You will be working with an experienced technical staff building on teamwork and technical expertise to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities include writing Test Plans and QAPPs, directing field crews during trial burns and other source testing efforts, working directly with laboratories analyzing field samples, data reduction and analysis, and report preparation. As project manager you will be responsible for managing the scope, budget and schedule to ensure the project is successful.
