Project Manager/Financial Analyst

Our prestigious Multi-National Publishing Media Client is seeking a Project Manager/Financial Analyst to compliment a fast paced, high performing team in Corporate Controlling responsible for all internal and external financial actuals, forecasts and budgets. Directly interfaces with Tax, Treasury, Investor relations and other Corporate departments on managing change and improving productivity. Learns through formal training and day-to-day exposure to major enterprise wide initiatives such as the US/IFRS GAAP conversions, mergers and acquisition support and role out of global Hyperion Financial Management application. Broad work responsibilities provide exposure across to all major corporate finance activities. Key Job Responsibilities: 1. Consolidation of financial data on an IFRS and US GAAP basis on a monthly basis 2. Preparation of the internal reporting and management presentations for Executive and Supervisory Board of Directors 3. Compilation of financial information to support the Annual Reports and press releases, including footnote preparation, MD&A analysis and financial table preparation in both US GAAP and IFRS. 4. Analysis and compilation of annual budget and periodic forecasts 5. Preparation of special purpose analyses and project support. 6.
