Project Manager & Project Coordinator

 

Our client is a leader in the development of high impact medical education and promotional programs for the pharmaceutical industry. Currently, they are expanding their operation in Jersey City and are looking for a Project Manager to join their team of professionals. The Project Management team is responsible for the development of healthcare communication and medical education projects.

The Project Manager is responsible for bringing projects through the complete lifestyle, from concept development to delivery, requiring communication with clients, vendors and internal departments. Projects include the following tactics: Scientific meetings, data dissemination programs, special projects (sales training material, electronic media, etc.), and patient education materials.

Qualified candidates will possess an undergraduate?s degree, a minimum of 3-5 years business experience in either healthcare, advertising, or communications. Excellent organization, teamwork, research, and oral and written communication skills is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Project a must. No exceptions.

Company provides 401k, health, life, dental, and LTD. Salary to be commensurate with experience.
