Project Office Manager

Your job will be to develop project plans; track Plans to the resource level; manage consumption and funding for projects (budget forecasts, maturity schedules) and plan and report on all level of initiatives versus stated baselines. You will participate as member of a larger project management office representing IS Businesses. You will develop a program plan to ensure the coordination of all activities between cross-functional teams and establish consistency and discipline in the program management structures. You will define and clarify authority and responsibilities, including designating single points of contact. Other responsibilities include integrating plans and executing across programs; establishing program financial controls and capturing efficiencies in resource management as well as coordinating and resoling cross-program, cross-functional and cross-disciplinary issues, including change management. You will provide oversight of program schedules, budget and risks and provide management reports. During the program execution phase, you will be responsible for ensuring implementation consistent with the plan, budget and schedule outlined, ensuring execution of these programs with minimal disruption to the business, producing and maintaining PMO minutes, presentations, issues lists and recommending innovative ways to improve processes.

Basic Qualifications
You are a professional with at least 5 years of process management/project management experience with a focus on service and process improvement, business strategy development and documentation development.

Preferred Qualifications
You are a professional with financial services experience.
