Ray?s EPCI (engineering, procurement, construction and installation) and project management services include design, fabrication, transportation and installation of offshore facilities for the oil and natural gas industry.

 

Senior Planner (Lead Planner), working under the direction of the Project Control Manager, is responsible for:

 Man-hour and manpower figures and trends for cost analysis, including delayed construction, procurement and/or engineering deliverables.Schedule impacts for changes.  Coordinate, review, and prepare the plans and schedules for new or existing Projects.Incorporate engineering and field schedules into the Performance Measurement Baseline. Formulate and recommend corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, and work requirements.Provide earned value reporting and performance measurements.Ensure that Project Control deliverables are satisfied and Project Control Systems are implemented.

 

Position requires:4-year degree in Engr / Construction /Business or related field, or equivalent combination of technical training and experience.8 years experience in planning.Supervisory experience in leading a project team of planners and progressive field experience working for a contractor.Must have working experience with Primavera with a solid knowledge of planning systems in construction required.Background in the offshore oil and gas industry a must.
