Project / Program Manager

Synectics has an opening in Jacksonville, FL. A Project / Program Manager is needed to manage all aspects of project management. Projects include Nortel Networks BCM50, 200 and 400; Call Pilot and Call Center applications; and Voice projects may be TDM or VoIP. The Project Manager will be responsible for project deliverables including milestone management, financial accountability and project closing. This PM is responsible for project initiation, planning executing, controlling project inputs and outputs. Customer contact and resource coordination will be conducted remotely. Candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

 

Qualifications for this position include the following:

- Must have previous large project management experience

- Expert level experience is required with organization and communications

- Intermediate level experience is required with M1 Legacy Products, M1 VoIP Products, BCM 50 / 200 / 400, Call Pilot and Call Center
