Project manager

Job Summary: Under direction of Manager, is responsible for project management, prioritization and coordination of digital communications for TriWest.com customers.

 

Key Responsibility Areas:

 

? Responsible for all metrics reporting for all Triwest.com pages/WebMail inquiries

? Responsible for all performance reporting for all newsletter campaigns

? Responsible for determining scope, priority and deadlines for customer digital communications projects

? You will also provide support for creation of ad hoc reports as needed in order to support Triwest business

? Conduct ad hoc performance analyses to gauge effectiveness of Triwest.com changes/updates

? Working closely with the Manager to execute digital communications strategies

? Identify/Develop continuous improvement strategies for all service metrics and operational reports

? Marketing: Writes, edits and proofreads new content related to new banner creation for the Triwest.com website

? Creation of customer email communications

? Respond to email inquiries from beneficiaries & providers using clear and accurate written communication.

? Collect information and work with internal partners to advance business decisions

? Lead presentation creation process for communications to management and internal stakeholders

? Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Working Conditions:

Favorable working conditions in a climate controlled office space; Must be available for to cover any work shift; Works within an office environment with minimal travel required.

 

Employment Standards:

 

Education and Experience:

? Bachelor?s (BA/BS) Degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or Communications or equivalent combination of experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

? Three years of experience in public relations, marketing communications or client service required.

? Experience in the creation and production of marketing, promotional and advertising materials.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

? Ability to effectively work with a diverse staff.

? Ability to positively interact effectively with team members, technical staff, and customers.

? Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects efficiently and effectively.

? Excellent written and oral communications skills.

? Moderate to excellent EXCEL skills needed for this position

? Ability to effectively interact and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff within TriWest as well as with external organizations.

? Ability to consistently meet strict deadlines.

? Attend seminars/workshops to continue professional development and to generate new ideas and strategies for the department.

? Computer literacy.

? Web literacy.
