Quality Control Manager

Summary: Manage overall Quality Control reporting to several customers within and across facilities.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

Communicate results on a professional level through spreadsheets and phone with customers as to specifically established and Standard QC procedures for apparel shipping.

 

Oversee QC floor supervisors who are inspecting, measuring and sampling various aspects of customer?s merchandise.

Education and/or Experience  

 High School Diploma; 5 years related experience.  Ability to manage multiple customers a must.
