Job Description:
REAL ESTATE PROJECT MANAGER - Dornoch Management is seeking a Development Project Manager to plan and implement projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in real estate along with superior communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Argus and Microsoft Project a big plus.
This position will include the following responsibilities:
?Participate in the acquisition of commercial real estate assets including initial screening, financial underwriting, due diligence and closing functions.
?Carry out stabilization strategies of acquired properties including lease-up, construction oversight, and land entitlement (based on experience).
?Work with 3rd party property managers to maximize performance of assets.
?Analyze and negotiate lease renewals and refinance opportunities.
?Prepare property budgets, forecasts, valuations, and reports.
