Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Regional Program Manager to make an immediate impact in the Mississippi, Louisiana Gulf Cost area.  One position is in New Orleans, LA and the other is located in Mobile, AL. 

 

The candidate will work, in conjunction with Field sales and National account managers, to sell Bostitch products to Home Centers, wholesalers and direct Bostitch customers.

 

Candidates must have prior 1 year plus of sales or customer service experience and willing to travel locally.  This is NOT a senior level position.

 

Responsibility will include.

 Writing orders in Bostitch accounts.Merchandising retail showrooms.Making a positive impact on the relationship with key Bostitch customers like Home Depot, and Lowes.Conducting cycle count at Home centers MINIMUM of every 2 weeks and insuring that our items are in stock and products are on display.Selling Bostitch products through SWAT Sales marketing tactics having a direct impact on the end user. Candidate will sell & repair Bostitch products and convert contractors, framers, roofers, trim carpenters and other tradesmen to use our Nailers & Fasteners.

 

The job involves demonstration, repair, conducting product knowledge training sessions,

Merchandising retail showrooms, executing sales calls at Home Depot and Lowes, building relationships with Key end-users in the market place, and any other means necessary to promote the sale of Bostitch tools and fasteners.

 

Requirements: Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Demonstrated competence in scheduling planning and execution.Time and territory management skills.  Strengths in creative sell-through. High energy and a positive attitude a must.Bilingual with English and Spanish is a plus.Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent work experience.Extensive local travel with company paid vehicle and overnight stays.
