The successful candidate will have hands-on responsibility for our company?s software development projects and post-sale services delivery commitments.

Specific Responsibilities Include -

Management of all post-sales activities and deliverables

Ensuring consistent on-time, on-budget delivery

Full SDLC management

Engagement Management

Execution of all delivery steps, including:

Requirements gathering

Building Functional Requirements documents and negotiating signoff

User Interface design

Building Functional Specification documents and negotiating signoff

Functional Scoping

Estimating

Project costing and expense management to budget

Project scheduling and reporting to executive management

Management of developers, testers and other services delivery staff

Change management

Implementation management

Managing client signoff

Ensuring client satisfaction (confirmed by satisfaction survey)

Post project audit

Prerequisites -

PMI or equivalent certification

Minimum of 2 years full SDLC management experience

Track record of on-time, on-budget delivery

Consistent client satisfaction from past projects

Understanding of development processes in Java, .NET, AS/400 RPG, .HTML, Flash, etc

Ideal Candidate Profile -
