POSITION SUMMARY

 

You will manage Pharmacy & Member Payments special projects, process and procedural enhancements from point of analysis to implementation. Also, analyze processes to realign for efficiency and provides technical and analytical consultation for daily production systems, process and controls. Provide project management and technical leadership for cross functional as well as departmental projects, including integration efforts and two print outsourcing vendors. Complete ad hoc projects and financial analysis as directed by management.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Project Management: Provide subject matter expertise and analytical and technical support and testing for multiple projects per year, including continued integration efforts for pharmacy and member payment systems. Serve as a consultant and liason with internal partners and external vendors. Develop strong relationships with IT, Network and direct claims departments. Communicate business and technical requirements and issues clearly, concisely and in a professional manner. Analyze internal processes and procedures to implement efficiencies and controls. Analyze, review and perform periodic testing of internal controls to ensure Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Monthly Metrics & Reporting for Department.

Plusses: Knowledge of PBM industry and accounts payable systems. Knowledge of SAP, RECAP, RxClaims, and QL helpful

EDUCATION

 

BS in Accounting, Finance or other related field; Information systems degree or minor is helpful.

EXPERIENCE

6+ years business experience with at least 2 years process/business analysis and/or project management experience. Any finance experience is a plus.
