The individual will be part of an exciting opportunity to develop and roll into production infrastructure and processes that support new industry changing products and services in the Small Business space.?

The Innovation Process Manager plays a critical role by using technology, problem solving ability, and business savvy to analyze problems and create effective business, operational and systems solutions.

Sr. Manager, Project Management and Innovation

This role will team with Small Business Lending Operations, Marketing & Analysis, Operation Shared Services and IT partners to design ways to help SB Lending LOB achieve its vision.? Key responsibilities will include:

+ Establish the short term & long term project roadmap, and follow thru with the delivery of these projects to enable the SB Lending organization to meet its business objectives.

o Work directly with executive clients (including the CEO of the business and heads of Mareketing, Ops and IT) to gain buy-in and support of initiatives
o Translate high level business imperatives to strategic programs and initiatives
o Create actionable projects that supports the business imperatives, and drive the successful completion of these projects

+ Lead the SB Lending Project Management Office (PMO)
o Develop key metrics to identify opportunities, measure project success and ongoing program performance.
o Effectively leverage approved Project Management tools/processes to develop requirements, plan deliverables, secure resources, communicate milestones, mitigate risks and achieve project objectives.
o Lead the SB Lending project management team, including associates and contractors

Required Skills:
+ Knowledge of project management techniques, problem solving and implementation skills
? 5+ year of project management experience with 3+ years in people management roles.
? Bachelor's Degree in a scientific/analytical field.
? Ability to articulate complex problems, and their solutions, through a variety of written mediums including email, PowerPoint and Word
? Strong conceptual problem solving and quantitative analytical aptitudes.?

+ Effective communication and demonstrated ability to lead efforts to promote collaboration across large cross-functional teams
? Excellent organization skills ? ability to organize, plan, coordinate and prioritize a variety of work and tasks
? Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
? Ability to influence and negotiate with others
