Senior Marketing Specialist

As a Senior Marketing Specialist on the Marketing Systems team, you will manage and perform implementations that enhance the marketing department's technology systems and processes. You will work with business users to understand their needs and lead associates from other various departments (Marketing, IT, Merchandising, Web, etc.) to define and implant solutions meeting those needs. You would be responsible for developing and managing processes supporting marketing promotional systems and planning and implementing configuration changes to marketing promotional systems. You would also be responsible for representing and managing team responsibilities in cross functional projects and programs and managing projects.

 

To be successful in this role you should have 3-5 years project management or 5-7 years project coordinator experience and previous process development or process management experience.

 

You should also have experience with Connect3, Velocity, Quark or InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Access). Experience in Media Buying, MRM/EMM and reporting and analytic applications are preferred.
