Senior Performance Improvement Consultant

Position Summary:

Functions as an agent for Organizational Change as a key member of the project management office. Provides consultation, coordination and direction to the HR Transformation team members in the formulation and execution of a detailed work plan through all phases of HR Transformation. Ensures strategic alignment with HR and BJC mission, vision, values and core objectives. Understands and leverages a variety of re engineering / transformation concepts, methodologies and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan, document, and execute activities to achieve goals and objectives. Capable of working with individuals on all levels across the organization. Supports benchmark activities by identifying appropriate organizations and standards for comparison, and ensuring that benchmarks are appropriately compared with peer organizations. Serves as a leader for change and proposed performance improvement initiatives, and provides consultation to team regarding Shows a clear vision for the future and organization and inspires others toward future direction.
