Primary Responsibilities:

- Drives Cross Functional improvement strategies through strong relationships with key leaders; facilitates / helps create operating mechanisms to build PE into the DNA of their organization. Serves as a source of PE tools / methodologies for their business unit and coaches Black Belts and Green Belts. Advocates End-to-End Customer Experience to increase Net Promoters.
- Role balances strategizing with the business; coaching across the business - focus on Black Belts and Green Belts; and executing projects.

Typical Deliverables:

- Assist in Process Management Implementation and execute selected projects aligned to Key Ys, including Net Promoter
- Project plans (including change leadership) and associated status reports
Dashboards, Operational Rigor (metrics) Financial analysis, project planning/tracking
- Concise presentations/storyboards that clearly communicate PE impact
- PE TPOV that facilitates the organization's understanding of how Intuit leads through PE
- Establish and maintain a Green Belt program including selection, mentoring and certification as a pipeline for Blackbelts.
- Coach Greenbelts, Blackbelts, Sponsors and Process Owners on application of all PE Tools, methodologies and metric definition.
- Provide input to project prioritization, resource allocation and cost/benefit analysis.
- Strategic support for Leadership Teams: Define and deliver on critical Y's and X's and Business' strategic planning process.
- Lead high impact / high exposure Cross Functional projects spanning the Business Unit/across Functional units

Knoledge / Background / Experience:

- Master's in related field, MBA or equivalent relevant experience
- An understanding of supported products or infrastructure, how they work, and how they are used by customers
- Continuous improvement passion
- Advocate for end-to-end customer experience - Customer mindset.
- Proven track record driving positive change in a complex environment
- Capability and desire to learn and apply statistics
- Significant Process Improvement, Project Management and/or internal/external consulting experience
- Proven track record of problem solving / defect elimination project(s) with tangible business results
- Black Belt Certification
- MBB Certification
