Senior Telecom Analyst

Partners with the Third Party Vendor (TPV) manager in the PMO acting as the single point of contact for billing verification and SLA tracking, reporting, and compliance.  Receives and validates daily VMAC related invoices against SLA criteria and contractual rates and then approves the monthly billing. All requests for payment must be accompanied by an approved client generated ticket number. Ensures the billing is accurate and escalates issues to the TPV manager for clarification and ultimate resolution.  Prepare PowerPoint presentation for monthly Delivery Management Team meetings with client reflecting billing trends and SLA compliance.  Identify adverse trends in service levels or workload volumes and bring them to the attention of the TPV and PMO.  Review and make SLA violation exception recommendations for violation credits and penalties based upon the agreed to Statement of Work.  Coordinates the overall contract compliance reporting necessary to ensure accuracy in voice delivery services.  Ensure Root Cause Analysis reports are generated for review of major outages.

 

Job Qualifications/Required Skills:

 

Outstanding communications skills both oral and written. Ability to concentrate and manipulate billing data in creating spreadsheets and reports.  Able to anticipate, identify, and solve critical problems. Excellent Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word skills. Effective research and analysis abilities.  Exceptional interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.  Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize work effectively.  Displays tact, patience, and the ability to handle stressful situations while demonstrating a sense of urgency.  Independently and proactively communicates issues, priorities, and objectives.  Organized with a strong attention to detail.  BS/BA degree in a related field or comparable knowledge/experience in technology related field.  4 to 6 years experience providing voice related services focused on reporting and billing.
