We are seeking a qualified candidate to fulfill the role of Online Project Coordinator - a part of the Project Management team within the First Party Quality Assurance Department. This is a new position that requires an extremely self-driven candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit. The Online Project Coordinator will be a key component in building upon the approach in how the first party Sony Computer Entertainment America production studios and support teams interact. This includes:



Responsibilities:
Act as an intermediary between various departments for online planning and deployment related issues.
Must be an expert in all areas of the online workflow including policies, procedures, technical standards, escalation procedures, contacts, etc.
Revise, author, and maintain both current and future high-level overviews of various departments? online process.
Pre-Planning coordination.
Work with studios very early in each online titles life cycle to document the online specific features and support requirements.
Heavily focus on discovering plans for the implementation of new technologies and features.
Hold regular summary meetings to report on each titles plan so that teams can appropriately prepare to support each online titles needs.
Maintain detailed schedules of each online titles milestones as well as all dependent projects and tasks.
Monitor the progress of feature implementation and the milestones for each title to verify proper actions are happing accordingly.
Ensure that the entry and exit criteria of each title are met for each of FPQA, PDIT, and SCERT?s processes.
Distribute submission forms and instructions as necessary Chair triage meeting with the studio and support teams as necessary.



Skills:
Excellent communication skills including strong business writing skills, public speaking, presentation skills, and listening skills.
Must have the ability to develop strong intra-departmental relationships through effective communication and professionalism.
Three (3) years Project Management experience within the entertainment software industry.
Minimum of a BS/BA degree in the field of Business, Computer Science, Project Management and/or Communication from a fully accredited four-year university preferred or equivalent work-related experience. MA/MS preferred.
Must have advance understanding of networking.
