Job Description:
Grubb & Ellis Management Services, Inc. is seeking a Space Planner for organizing, tracking and reporting on space utilization information. Planner will maintain a set portfolio of space. Scope of work includes project development and strategy, internal partner collaboration, and monthly drawing updates and data collection.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
A minimum of three to five years of design, space planning or facility planning experience is required.
College degree is strongly recommended.
Position requires good strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCad, Adobe.
CAFM and systems furniture experience a plus.
