Special Projects - Implementation

DXP Enterprises, Inc. (DXPE) is a leading products and services distributor that adds value and total cost savings solutions to MRO and OEM customers. The company offers innovative pumping solutions, integrated supply and MROP (maintenance, repair, operating and production) services that utilize DXP?s vast product knowledge in pumps, bearings, power transmission, seals, hose, safety, fluid power, electrical and industrial supplies.  DXP is seeking an Implementation team member to join our Special Projects division.

 

The Special Projects candidate will be responsible for support and implementation of DXP?s SmartSource integrated supply locations.  Responsibilities include coordinating activities of projects to ensure the goals of the customer contract are met within the specified time frame.  Special Projects will engage in strategic sourcing of industrial equipment including MRO products, pumps, bearings and power transmission.  Candidate should be familiar with inventory control methods such as Min/Max, and EOQ.

 

Requirements include 75% travel (home base from your current city & state), a minimum of 2 years experience in operations, distribution experience a plus. Must be able to multi-task, eager to learn, and adapt to changes.
