You will be responsible for analyzing and assisting in creating the market/product line plans and financial models.  Research and analyze new businesses, technologies, markets, trends and industries. Requires the ability to analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities, develop strategic direction from market information, and create compelling market analysis presentations.  Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.  May communicate with external firms to negotiate and establish business relationships. Monitor forecasts and measure against actuals. Recommend adjustments to plans based on analysis of trends and strategic direction. This position will also be responsible for developing and distributing a variety of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including budgets and midrange plans.  Candidate will possess ability to work independently and exercise judgment within defined polices and procedures in selecting methods and techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.

BS/BA degree 7+ years of experience in demand planning, financial analysis, and supply chain management. Strong project management and leadership skills needed. Ability to work independently, manage a small team of individuals, and use logic and reason to determine trends are keys to success in this position. Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and the ability to drive change. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong negotiation skills with both internal and external partners. Ability to comprehend business strategy and purpose as well as technical concepts. Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project.  Intermediate to advanced SAP / Oracle experience preferred.
