Primary responsibilities include:


 


Overseeing the implementation of new accounts

Coordinating the set up process and ensuring that we can manage and administer benefits correctly

Providing maintenance and support of key issues with existing customers

Supporting implementation managers as well as managing projects



Demonstrated experience working with high-level customers/large accounts is required, as is a solid background with client implementation. Project management and leadership experience are essential. MS Office and PC proficiency are a must. Healthcare experience is preferred.
