Sr Delivery Program Mgr

Seeking the SAP Senior Delivery Program Manager (DPE) to be the primary contact for SAP customers in the Applications on Demand (AoD) Organization.
Responsibilities include: provide AoD cost management, ensure positive customer relationships and satisfaction, maintain performance standards, service quality and measurements, ensure availability of technical support, provide leadership and direction to delivery teams, develop annual account plans/strategies with AOD reps and staff
coordinate IT rep, customer mgmt & service delivery team activities.
This candidate will be supporting one customer on site in San Jose,CA

Desired Skills
20+ yrs, including senior leadership experience. Must have operational and
SAP product experience, either in implementations, configuration or
support, or with presales and solutioning. Proven track record in client

relationships, especially in a hosted environment. Strong financial
experience, including managing budgets and P&L's.
