This position is responsible for supporting the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiative within the Nucleus project. Specifically, this position will focus on the process aspects of the enterprise implementation of Recipe Management (RM), responsible for configuring, deploying, maintaining, and upgrading application modules. This is a significant opportunity to develop skills in the implementation of SAP PLM.
Develop and maintain expertise in ConAgra's PLM Recipe Management processes and systems in order to provide consultative and implementation services.

Recipe Management includes development of ingredient specifications, product recipes and processes.

Provide effective change management support for customer organizations related to project efforts.

Perform analysis, design, configuration, implementation, and support of system solutions in direct support of business processes.

Perform against the project methodology requirements for the realization, preparation, and go-live project phases.
Four-year college degree in Operations Management, Food Science, Information Systems or a related field.

Significant work experience in directly related area will be considered.

4-5 years experience in implementing complex process and systems projects, in manufacturing operations, on aggressive timelines.

Consulting experience a plus.

Knowledge and experience in SAP Product Lifecycle Management in the food industry is desired, but not a requirement.

Ability to interface with and influence personnel throughout ConAgra Foods.

Strong communications (written and oral), change leadership and customer services skills.

Knowledge of Consumer Products industry desirable.

Demonstrated competency in structured process design and systems development methodology.
Strong project planning and task management skills.

Considerable experience in analysis, design, construction, testing and deployment of quality process and technology solutions.

Strong collaboration skills with customers, suppliers and consultants.

Strong communication skills both technical and functional.

Experience in data migration.
