Staff Program Manager

Essential Functions and Duties
Position Summary and Primary Responsibilities
? Plan, organize, and manage programs focused on increasing Lam's knowledge of product performance in the installed base.
i. Establish requirements, cost, and schedule targets
ii. Plan activities, assemble the team and other critical resources; and manage the program from start through release
iii. Prepare and present program updates at executive reviews and escalate issues threatening the success of the program.
? Analyze performance data collected
i. Identify outliers and trends
ii. Recommend corrective actions to the PG and Account teams.
iii. Identify business opportunities for CSBG products
? Position is both internally and externally focused. Periodic customer interaction is required

Manages and drives project team to achieve objectives
Reviews progress vs. plan and takes appropriate actions to meet the schedule. Must focus on getting the data that matters to prove out the value of the product.
Summarizes final results vs. objectives and takes actions to close gaps
Summarizes the project in the form of a service product at the conclusion of the beta phase. This includes summarizing the data in a way to prove out the value of the product.

Qualifications
Educational level: B.S. or B.A.
Special training or courses: Project Mgmt.
Minimum technical skills required:
Professional certification/licenses:
Previous experience (type and amount): 10 yrs. industry experience; knowledge of Lam's products; Customer Service experience in semiconductor industry
Other essential qualifications: Must have demonstrated skills working and leading in a cross functional environment. Experience managing complex IT projects is a plus.
