Staff Project Manager (Integrated Projects)

Hanover is seeking a Staff Project Manager (Integrated Projects) for our Houston, TX location. This position will be responsible for the following:Fully proficient at ensuring multiple complex integrated projects and programs are delivered on schedule and at budget by performing project management function and researching complex business and technical issuesEnsures attainment of highest-level of project/program schedules, budgets, procedures and revenues by developing and monitoring the budget and approval process; leading cross-functional teams, internal and external to Engineering; resolving inter-functional issues; establishing and communicating project/program schedules, objectives priorities, and targets; monitoring the status of programs/projects; providing technical interpretation and expertise, as required; ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, government regulations, and customer specifications; ensuring the documentation of project/program activities and deliverablesEffectively manages customer, schedule and budget for projects approaching twenty-five million dollarsKeeps senior management informed on project/program status by creating and maintaining written reports on project/program status, tests, costs, issues, and performance to established targets on a regular basis; making presentationsResearches complex business and technical issues to establish what is being done and where improvements are possibleLeads team efforts by accomplishing related results in a cooperative and supportive mannerWorks autonomously with some supervisionDomestic and International travel required

Education and Certification:
Required:Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering

Desired:Master Degree

Specific Work Background/Experience:
Desired:Oil and Gas Experience, Gas Compression and Process Equipment

Required:5+ years related experience5+ years experience directly managing teams
