Strategic Project Lead

Position Description:
Make the most of your knowledge, talent and creativity in this challenging role. You?ll be responsible for developing, presenting and implementing best practice strategies and business processes that align with category management functions of Enterprise Product Management across all of our divisions. You will lead and/or participate on cross-functional initiatives, working closely with the Supply Chain Management, Finance and Information Systems departments. This will involve: Ensuring consistent marketing and procurement strategies, product branding and category management Defining, developing and deploying procurement and marketing product management business processes Strategically managing the integration of branding initiatives Fostering communication and cooperation Training Enterprise Product Management and Division Category Management teams on newly developed processes and structures

 

Position Requirements:
Success in this key role demands: Bachelor?s degree in marketing, business administration, management or related field 2-4 years of project management, process management or service marketing management experience or equivalent education/training/experience Assertive self-starting and self-motivating skills; and supply chain management, procurement, project management and financial aptitude Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, time management, organizational, presentation, change management, facilitation and collaboration skills
