About the Technical Program Manager ? Local Search/Merchant Platform Opportunity

The InfoSpace Program Manager for the Merchant Platform is responsible for all projects related to Infospace's Merchant Platform, which is the core technology that allows us to onboard, manage, merchandise, deliver, and bill for Ads and vertical content. This position will work closely with engineers and business owners to define and implement new features and functionality. We seek a strong technical project management professional. Ideal candidate must have an 'ownership mentality'. 

Essential Job DutiesTechnical project management for multiple simultaneous projects. Requirements gathering and use case documentation. Provide accurate estimates and solution options to internal customers, and assist in the presentation of the potential deal to the executive team for review and approval. Assist in the prioritization, scheduling, and reporting of projects by presenting solution options that tie to measurable business drivers. Implement projects through their entire life cycle, beginning with conceptual designs and completing with the ultimate deployment of the code to production. Manage all internal communications for these projects, and assist in the escalation of any issues relative to effective project completion. Conduct support activities for service interruptions when they arise, and assist with all internal communications relative to Root Cause Analysis and Service Level Agreement impact of service disruption events. Coordinate maintenance windows as required by the enterprise. 24x7 Product Support
