This position will cover the following territories: Wisconsin, Minnesota, North & South Dakota. Under general direction, ensures profitable execution of an assigned National Service business territory, including revenue responsibility between profit and loss, gross profit and service asset management for assigned Operations. Provides leadership in implementing service strategies, including facility operations and maintenance consulting and solutions. Manages and supervises Foremen and Mechanics, while interfacing with service admin/support, possibly in multiple branch locations within regional boundaries. Ensures operational performance proposal objectives, including organizational gross margin targets that are acceptable to National Services. Ensures deployment/training and maintains standardized tools, systems and support for the National Services Teams assigned. Ensures overall operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and service growth. Principal Duties:With the National Service Operations Manager, develops strategic operating plans for the assigned service business that aligns with National Services goals and visions. This includes participating in strategic account plans, annual financial and operating plans, and revenue and margin forecasts. Leads the execution efforts of the National Service business across assigned geography. Ensures consistency of delivery systems across assigned geography. Monitors and tracks the areas service execution business plans. Instills consistency in the processes used to deliver financial and operational services and find ways for Johnson Controls to add value to the process for current and future delivery efforts. Recommends and supports staffing requirements across assigned geography. Serves as a communication channel to share the best practice strategies and results. Implements plans to comply, and monitors standards for service operations. Audits the effectiveness of service operations and makes changes to improve performance. Ensures that contractual obligations are completed and customer satisfaction is achieved. Assists the National Service Operations Manager in reviewing proposals and estimates for accuracy. Works closely with Account Management to understanding customer feedback and fulfill customer satisfaction. Coaches Front Line Service Provider's (FLSPs) on appropriate levels of operating and overhead expenses incurred in National Services operations. Leverages service operations activities and functions across the Region. Ensures that tools and processes are executed according to established standards to achieve customer satisfaction at the most effective cost. Assists the National Service Operations Manager with other managerial responsibilities, i.e., hiring, performance reviews at the FLSP level. Prepares and delivers clear performance expectations, performance reviews and development plans for direct reports teaming with the appropriate matrix functional manager. Ensures a consistent level of coaching, which includes regularly scheduled meetings focused on operational improvement, training, and safety.

BA or BS degree with 5 plus years of relevant experience or 10 plus years equivalent experience in Service industry. Possesses knowledge of, and experience working with, local UA management and members. Should be able to clearly communicate high level ideas and concepts with external and internal clients alike. High-level competence in written and verbal communication. Should possess strong leadership skills directing diverse teams with the ability to organize and plan for maximum and professional productivity. Ability to travel-50%.
