WEB SERVICES PROJECT MANAGER:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage medium to large scale Web Services corporate projects.
- Work directly with Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, and Partners to gather requirements, define key project tasks, and identify deliverable dependencies.
- Manage cross-functional project team meetings.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans/schedules.
- Coordinate execution of engineering projects for release via the Web, OEMs, and traditional retail channels.
- Manage schedule risks, scope creep, and change control.
- Evaluate progress and communicate status and issues to Management.
- Proactively identify and resolve resource conflicts.
- Reviews/approves projects in content management system

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-7 years of project management experience, specifically in both Web and software development.
- 3-5 years experience w/ APIs and Databases
- Must have a strong technical understanding of Web technologies such as HTML and ASP
- Experience in project management concepts, project scheduling, and risk management techniques.
- Must have excellent, proven verbal and written communication and people skills.
- Good professional skills, including delegation, negotiation, prioritization and load balancing.
- Must be able to drive process and achieve results in an ever-changing environment without direct authority.
- Highly motivated and equally comfortable working on medium to highly complex projects.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:
- 5-7 years in project management with work experience in software and Web technologies
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
