WTI - Program Manager

Tremco Incorporated has been a world leader in solving complex waterproofing and roofing problems for commercial, institutional and industrial accounts since 1928.  Weatherproofing Technologies, Tremco?s service division is currently seeking a Program Manager.

 

Under the direction of the WTI Director of Business Development this position provides day-to-day construction management support to any/all levels of the General Contracting Division.  This individual will work closely with Director of Business Development, Vertical Sales Managers (Healthcare, Corporate, Federal, Education) and Construction Managers to manage all aspects of all proposals and projects.

 

Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:Responsible for managing all types of projects (including general contracting, patch and repair projects, building diagnostic projects and performance warranties (job-site inspection), etc.)Work with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure on-time delivery and within budgetDevelop proposals, maintain communication and contract documents between all sub-contractors and be responsible and project filesIndividual will be trained to have a deep understanding of all Sales Representative, Construction Management and Superintendent roles and responsibilitiesAdditional duties will include participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projectsResponsibilities will include Sales & Service Support, Field Resource & Customer Service communication as necessary

 

 

Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:BA in Business Administration or equivalent work experiencePast working relationships with and involvement in minority, diversity and equal opportunity programsWorking knowledge of SAP Accounting and MS Access Ability to manager multiple priorities, effective Team Player, self motivated, quick learnerExcellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English
