Account Manager Copy/Print

Responsibities-Achieve revenue and margin goals. Partner with SBA Sales team to sell copy/print services. Build selling and customer service relationships with clients that profitably grows Staples copy/print category sales. Utilize Staples CRM system on a consistent daily basis to self-manage selling activity, contacts, deals, strategies, reporting, and communications. Work collaboratively with copy/print operations partners to assure accurate, timely, and professional delivery of customer's products and services

 

Qualifications-Professionally skilled, disciplined, and organized sales and account management professional selling to mid to large size businesses. Impressive ability to develop, serve, and manage a portfolio of high volume clients. Experience in the copy and print industry, with focus on digital copy print on demand applications. Dynamic individual who can function at a high level of performance, working in a very fast paced environment, and collaborate with customers, copy center operations, and sales management and support staff. Successful experience selling, implementing and managing business programs to customers at the administrative, management, and senior management levels. Ability to develop winning proposals, collect and analyze data, prepare and conduct client business reviews that lead to customer retention and profitable sales growth. Must be effective as a product category specialist, working as part of a wider client services team. 3-5 years prior related work experience. Bachelors Degree preferred.
