POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Account/Project Manager (AM) manages all aspects of customer projects and ongoing business by proactive interaction with all facets of the Globalware Solutions organization. The account manager is focused on customer satisfaction by defining customer needs and expectations and provides accurate communication of those needs and expectations to the Globalware Solutions team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work with the Sales Rep to develop over-all Account Development Plan. 2. Clarify the outcome of each project or piece of business.
3. Identify the key internal and external people required to accomplish that outcome and identifying the appropriate action steps to reach the outcome.
4. Identify the critical customer/Globalware Solutions relationships.
5. Create performance indicators and tracking metrics.
6. Work with the Sales Rep to develop and conduct regular Business Reviews.
7. Track and record monthly revenue estimates.
8. Anticipate and eliminate problems.
9. Making sure Operations has a clear and early visibility for all projects.
10. Timely communication with customers regarding inquiries and requests.
11. Ensure quality delivery of project products and deliverables that meet customer requirements and focus on business unit?s success.
12. Manage inventory control and MRP programs
13. Occasional travel as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS:
? Experience in software manufacturing
? Excellent project management and customer service skills and a ?get it done? attitude
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to clearly present information through the spoken or written word; read & interpret complex information; talk with customers and listen well.
? Problem solving and negotiation skills
? Working knowledge of software programs including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Crystal Reports and JDE
? Production planning and scheduling of internally manufactured material, outsourced material and assembly.
? Purchasing and expediting of client inventory from outside suppliers.
? Management of client inventory, including sale of unused forecasted items.

QUALIFICATIONS:
? BS/BA degree or equivalent plus minimum of two years of related industry experience required.
? Knowledge of all components of production (print, software, etc.), MRP, and purchasing.
