Account Services/CSR

-Consistently demonstrates proficiency and understanding in the use of procedures and internal documents necessary to perform required tasks.
-Develops and maintains a business relationship with customers or sales representatives that provides a level of service conducive to increasing sales volume and profitability. Explore initiatives to develop new business opportunities for increased sales with both existing and new customers.
-Provide the following documentation and services:
-Sales order, communicating complete, accurate and timely information
-Current estimate
-Previous job ticket
-New job number and complete job information
-Accurate review and inventory of incoming artwork, film and supplied media
-Facilitates the timely delivery of proofs
-Following up with corrections and additional proofs as necessary
-Arranging press Ok's and attending same if necessary
-Verifying shipping information and checking samples
-Determine the credit status of customers prior to entering order and advise sales rep if action is required.
-Attend daily production meeting prepared to update scheduling on status of all jobs currently in progress, particularly those resulting in alterations to the production schedule.
-Provide adequate information to allow team members to continue job's progress in your absence
-Assist in billing, ensuring that all information and costs are accounted for.
-Understand and adhere to all established company policies with regard to safety, personal conduct and applicable state and federal law.
-Other duties as required.

-Adjust to rapidly changing requirements and scheduled

-Act on own initiative
-Communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, sales and management both verbally and written.
. Contributes to a favorable working environment through a professional manner and cooperative attitude in dealing with other employees, suppliers and customers which enhances the favorable image of the company.
. Maintains confidentiality of all accounts, assists others in their team to balance the workload.
. Work experience in the Graphic Arts field/broad knowledge of print production
. Must be PC literate - will use Microsoft Windows, Excel, Lotus Notes, and Hagen OA production programs
. Preferred background includes 2 or more years coordinating production in a commercial print, sheetfed print environment.
