Responsibilities
Responsible for the design and development of training literature, reference materials, sales collateral and trade show signage and support materials. Will work directly with market planners to determine and conceptualize deliverables. Responsible for managing numerous simultaneous projects to successful, timely completion. Must be highly motivated and capable of "selling" concepts to our clients. Communicate requirements and direct the work of outside resources to obtain desired results. The Art Director will be responsible for maintaining corporate identy through all assignments. Web banners, Flash capability and e-marketing will be critical skills for this candidate.

Qualifications
BS/BA in Graphic Arts / Communication. 10 years experience required. Critical skills include: -Degree and background in graphic arts. -Ten or more years in an agency or corporate graphic department -Thorough knowledge of graphic design software programs -Extensive knowledge of 3 dimensional design -Strong production skills -Excellent communication and organizational skills

Other Information
The following major/degree is preferred for the position:Graphic Design/Communication
Salary Range:50,000 To 60,000
The preferred level of education for this position is Some College.
The preferred years of experience for this position is 7 years.
