We need a detail-oriented, motivated team member to join our fast-paced creative services department. Founded in 1968, we are a medium-sized, growth-oriented company providing business improvement training and consulting services to global 1000 enterprises, public and private institutions, and government agencies. We are located in central NJ.

 

Responsibilities:

?  Editing training and marketing materials for language, grammar, and style.

?  Writing assistance with training and marketing materials.

?  Independent review of materials in preparation for print, including proofreading copy and graphics.

?  Working on multiple projects simultaneously under firm deadlines.

?  Production duties associated with preparing files for print.

?  Interfacing with print vendors.

 

Requirements:

●  1-3 years of editorial experience; previous internships will be considered.

●  Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint; Excel is a plus.

●  Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.

●  Bringing value to the creative services team in editorial, desktopping, and/or writing skills.

●  Knowledge of Chicago Manual of Style is a plus.
