We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to work closely with Sr. Business Analysts and business users to improve business process and apply technology to meet current and future business needs.
Responsibilities include:
Writes business requirements and report specifications. Documents Business Processes & Workflows.Assists the system data clean-up initiatives.Tracks and manages all open system requests while enforcing deadlines and schedules.Assists with re-engineering existing business processes to improve cycle time, quality, or customer relationships and/or reduce costs.Manages small projects.
Qualifications/requirements include:
Minimum of 1 year prior business experience in a project management or business analysis group.Experience with business process engineering/change management methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong presentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience/knowledge a plus.
Prior publishing experience a plus.
