COLOR SPECIALIST - PRE-MEDIA SERVICES

Responsibilities:

QUALITY: Prepare files for print to specifications with detail-oriented high quality. Troubleshoot technical problems. Strong quality control skills. TIME MANAGEMENT: Ability to prioritize and process orders in fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Must be good at multi-tasking and adaptable to technological, procedural and schedule changes. Must be able to work late hours and occasional weekends. COMMUNICATION: Ability to listen and communicate clearly with client, vendors and co-workers (especially Account Mangers and QC). Experience & Skills required 2-5 years experience performing color correction in the commercial print/pre-press industry Expert in Photoshop - color correction, photo retouching, creating smooth shadows, detailed silhouettes, image manipulation, file conversions, masking, and trapping. Expert Color Correction Specialist - strong eye for color and detail, product and swatch matching, working from marked-up proofs. Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Mac OSX platform, Quark, In Design, Illustrator Experience in operating proofing devices and ability to handle/lift proofing substrate.
