Title: Communications Specialist

 

The successful candidate will research, analyze, compile, write and update information used for internal communications and process/policy documents. Deliverables include product comparison documents, industry analysis, news update, process/policy documents, fact sheets, tip sheets and other documents as assigned. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assembling information from a variety of sources to create internal communications. Performing in-depth research and analysis on specific issues as assigned; developing and prepares comprehensive communications and/or reports based on analysis and interpretation of issues.Publishing articles, spreadsheets and comparison sheets to our content management system. Analyzing data and compiling competitive information for products and services.

Candidates should possess the following skills: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing Research, Business, Journalism, or equivalent experience; Excellent knowledge of English writing and AP style guidelines; Demonstrated writing ability and knowledge of grammar, punctuation and sentence structure;Demonstrated experience writing process/policy documents;Superior communications skills, and a superior ability to identify critical impact Must be familiar with Microsoft Office;Must be able to perform in a fast-moving environment and possess excellent time management skills; Must be able to work independently and as part of a team; Some knowledge of HTML and/or HTML editors and some familiarity with graphic manipulation for the Web is a plus; Should have excellent research/organizational skills; andCustomer Service, Retail, Marketing or Training background is a plus.
