Content Editor - Technical Conferences and Seminars

As our Content Editor ? Technical Conferences and Seminars, you will:

 

? Develop and edit technical content for all WIS events

? Work closely with recruited speakers to cultivate topic, fine tune the approach to subject matter and produce presentations that are compelling, well-written, and easily comprehended

? Dive deep in to content and rewrite to ensure completeness, clarity, and informational value to our attendees

 

Our ideal candidate will possess:

 5-7 years of experience in editing, content development or writing at a senior/professional level, preferably for technical journals, college textbooks, or other educational publications dealing with complex subject matter Superior developmental editing skills, with a keen eye for flaws in logic
and structure Strong desire to take his/her skills and career to the next level Extensive experience in writing, editing, and creating Microsoft
PowerPoint presentationsKnowledge or experience with SAP products and/or Lotus Notes and DominoBA/BS in Journalism, English or related field or equivalent experience

 

Please note that we are looking for full time and/or part time availability for this position.
