Customer Service Manager 2466

Description:   Responsible for managing all aspects of an account management team.  Accountable for profitability of accounts within the team.  Responsible for transitioning business from sales to manufacturing, developing production and service solutions which best fit both company and client.  The incumbent is expected to perform at the highest level of personal performance possible and work enthusiastically to meet or exceed performance goals. 

 

Responsibilities:
Supervise and work continually to develop the team.
Understands the profitability of specified customers.  Works to identify manufacturing and process improvements to correct problem areas, which are impacting profit. 
Directs and implements strategies to enable Account Management to up-sell existing customers on additional services, products, etc..
Manage and monitor inventory risk.
Team with Sales and Sales Support to drive Customer Intimacy  Model.
Schedule/Conduct/Participant in customer QBR;s and/or Business Reviews.
Plans/coordinates customer visits.
Recommends pricing strategies to increase profitability.
Support customer RFQ, FRI and RFP?s.

 

Qualifications:
Prior experience managing 5-10 employees.  Interviewing hiring and training employees.
Planning assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees.  Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Bachelor?s degree from a 4-year college or university. 
2-5 years experience.
Well versed in manufacturing and all distribution operations.

 

Compensation: 

$55,000-65,000.  Excellent Benefits
