Customer Service Representative

IntegraColor is a 50-year-old Printing Company with annual revenue of over $75,000,000 per year. We specialize in commercial and point of sale printing capabilities with the capacity to handle almost any job. Our headquarters is located in Mesquite, Texas.

We are looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Write up and processes job tickets based on estimate, quote and special instructions provided by the sales representatives. Ensures ticket has specific instructions for production purposes and coordinates schedule.

Make sure the job is properly scheduled with production. Report back to sales representative or customer if schedule differs from original commitment.

Provides customer with regular updates on job progress. Knows where job is at all times. Maintains daily status of all jobs they are handling.

Coordinates and verifies outside services as needed.

Inspect proofs prior to sending to customer. Keep Sales person informed regarding changes.

Returns billable jobs to management within 24 hours of receiving the cost sheet using Hagen pre-billing form and the Excel commission spreadsheet.

Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years customer service experience or related experience in a printing company. Must be proficient in Excel,Word and database systems.
