Customer Service Specialist: Copy and Print Services

IKON currently has an opportunity for a career oriented individual to work at a customer site in Quincy MA. This position is responsible for large format printing, scanning, folding, preparing and delivering blueprints to customers within the building. This position operates in a fast paced environment and requires a high level of customer service. This position will be working with tight deadlines and will be scanning and reproducing a large number of impressions per day. Other responsibilities will include copier operation, bindery, fulfillment, quality check and final check of all work.Location is accessible by public transportation. Hours are Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm.

* Ideal candidate will be very organized and be able to multi task within a fast paced environment.
* Experience with large format priniting a plus, but not required.
* Exceptional customer service skills a must!
* Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
* Requires minimum of 2-3 years of related experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Copy/production experience preferred.
