Data Processor for Digital Printing & Mailing Company

Our team is looking for a data processing person. The individual in this role performs data verifications to ensure integrity of data.  Processes data lists for direct mail.  Processes data files utilizing Accu-zip  software. Assists production with questions related to data processing. Identifies potential challenges that may delay jobs. Ensures all quality standards are met.  Manipulates data in accordance with client specifications including: duplication elimination, merge/purge functions, address standardization, presorting, and data selects.  Performs other duties or special projects related to the general job scope as deemed necessary.

 

Qualified candidates must have solid interpersonal, communication, organization, problem solving and decision-making skills as ideally the person that fills this position will develop into our next Project Coordinator. The person must be able to effectively work in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs particularly Microsoft Excel.
