Duties:

Work as a liaison with the client to obtain and organize all materials needed to produce packaging digital art

 Acts as liaison between client and onsite digital art group.Reviews information provided from client to ensure complete and final information has been provided.Writes order to instruct artist on what work needs to be done to complete the project.Creates and maintains production schedule to ensure we are meeting timing needs.Manages projects financials, acquires approvals and gathers required billing documentation.Proofreads prints to verify artist has built jobs correctly as defined by the information provided from clientCloses project out for billing.Additional clerical tasks as needed

Skills/Qualifications:Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft office and Illustrator CSExcellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
